My Approach

Warmth, curiosity, and respect form the foundation of my work.

As a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist, I integrate evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) within a compassionate and collaborative framework.

I also work as a performance psychologist in Melbourne, supporting athletes, performers, students, and professionals navigating pressure and expectations in areas such as sport, the performing arts, study, and professional life.

These approaches support people working through anxiety, trauma, and life challenges, and are well suited to situations where internal patterns influence confidence, focus, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.

Performance and the Psychology of Pressure

Performance psychology is not limited to elite athletes. Many people experience pressure in areas of life where expectations are high and outcomes feel important.

I work with people across diverse settings including sport, the performing arts, education, and professional roles. Sessions may focus on performance, anxiety, trauma, or broader emotional wellbeing, exploring how internal patterns influence confidence, focus, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.

In many cases, the same internal patterns that influence anxiety or emotional wellbeing can also shape how people respond under pressure.
