This time I’m talking about how we can use breathing to assist in the management of our anxiety.

Please note that learning to manage your anxiety through breath control can sometimes be difficult to do. Sometimes we can start to feel anxious because we perceive that “it’s not working” because we notice our heart rate increasing and we start to worry that “we’re not doing it right”. If this is new to you, it can be difficult and takes practice. Just like it takes practice to learn to tap dance like Fred Astaire.
