Breathing to manage anxiety

I recorded the FB livestream about a month ago and spoke about how I help my clients to slow their breathing to manage anxiety and how you might be able to help those around you manage anxiety. I give a few tips on how to help this process by using your voice.

Learning to feel calm, managing anxiety and a few resources

In this Instagram Live I spoke about using the Calm app. There’s an explanation of why I recommend this app to clients who might benefit. I speak about the wonderful illustration book by Kate Knapp, It’s not all Black & White. There’s a reference to the Affirmators cards and I talk about the Abundance Card.
